Our head coach

Jordan Watson is our lead S&C coach. Having spent time as a player at Sunderland AFC, Jordan is well versed in what it means to be in an elite sporting environment. As well as that, Jordan has suffered from some serious knee injuries in the past, so has first hand experience in dealing with injury rehab, as well as injury prevention. Since leaving Sunderland, Jordan has worked as an S&C in various places across the north east, most recently at Momentum – a gym specialising in physio in Gosforth, Newcastle. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is a fantastic person for any athlete to work with on a weekly basis.

Our small group PT sessions, where 4-6 athletes train in the gym simultaneously with the guidance of our coaching team.

We welcome full squads from any sport into our gym to work on their fitness together as a team.

For our younger clients who aren’t ready for the gym just yet, we offer an online programme to help them build their strength and speed to help them develop.

What our Clients Say About Us

The coaches are really friendly and the boys all seem to enjoy it. The coaches all know what they’re doing. The training is really focused on the kids and their needs as opposed to going to a general gym, which isn’t as tailored to the individual [as NEAP]

Mum of NEAP Athlete, Josh Storey.

My son’s fitness has massively improved. He has more of an energy to him and now, when he’s practicing, he’s doing those little things he’s been taught. Dan’s football has massively improved through NECC, and now NEAP has given him a little more strength too. It’s something I would definitely recommend to anybody and everybody.
